Directions for Use:
- Place the cuff around your upper arm (22-32 cm circumference), ensuring it's snug but not too tight. The cuff should be positioned about 1 inch above your elbow.
- Press the power button to begin the measurement. The inflation will be done manually by squeezing the bulb, while the deflation and reading will be automatic.
- Sit comfortably and remain still while the monitor inflates the cuff, deflates automatically, and displays your blood pressure readings. The process typically takes just a few minutes.
- Your systolic and diastolic pressures, along with your pulse, will be shown on the digital display. The irregular heartbeat indicator will activate if an irregular heartbeat is detected.
- After the reading is complete, the monitor will turn off automatically or can be manually powered off.
Safety Precautions:
- Use the correct size cuff to avoid inaccurate readings. If the cuff is too tight or too loose, the results may not be accurate.
- Sit with your back straight, legs uncrossed, and arm supported at heart level. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement to ensure accurate results.
