2. Return Eligibility

3. Damaged Products on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Please follow the steps below to request a return for a damaged product:

  • Take clear photographs of the product showing the damage.
  • Email us at returns@zapee.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos of the damaged product.
  • Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review the damage and provide instructions on how to return the product.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund according to your preference.

4. Products Not Meeting Expectations

If you received the product in good condition but are not satisfied with it, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns for items that do not meet expectations (such as sizing or style issues) will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
  • Shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.
