3. Damaged Products on Arrival

4. Products Not Meeting Expectations
If you received the product in good condition but are not satisfied with it, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns for items that do not meet expectations (such as sizing or style issues) will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
